The Ramapo Staff Association (RSA) is an advocacy and community building group designed as a resource to share information about the institution, support our interests as staff, provide social events and discuss trends in higher education as well as new techniques, policies, and procedures as they affect our work. Additionally, RSA is designed  to enhance connectivity among its membership while supporting institutional quality and organizational cohesion.

The RSA membership is comprised of unionized and non-unionized staff, however, it does not engage in matters that are the purview of collective bargaining.

The Ramapo Staff Association is currently soliciting applications for four Member at Large positions to begin August/ September 2018 and will run for a two year term which would expire 6/30/20. Applications are due 6/18/18.

Current Executive Board Members will be hosting two informational sessions for anyone who is interested in participating and would like more information or have any specific questions. The informational sessions will be held on 6/12/18 at 1:00pm in SC 217 and 6/13/18 at 3:30pm in SC 217.

John Atti, E-Board

John Atti is a current student, alumni, and full time Residence Life staff member at good ol’ Ramapo College. Having graduated in ‘08 with a BA in Economics, he’s currently taking classes in Computer Science. When not at work or in class, John is probably in his apartment trying to keep his little 4 month old entertained and in good health! John is living proof that you can still give it 100% with an average of 2 hours of sleep under the belt each night.

Tim Babasade, E-Board

Tim Babasade ’98 joined Ramapo College in 2015, and is currently the Director of Client Services. When not at work, Tim enjoys hiking, camping, photography, and time outdoors with his family.

Anne E. Eke, Past President

Anne Eke has worked at Ramapo College since 2006, within the Office of Residence Life and the Office of Student Conduct. Anne currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Conduct. Anne is the immediate Past President of the Ramapo Staff Association. When not at work, Anne enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Janelle Ferraro, E-Board

Janelle Ferraro ’14 began her career at Ramapo College as a student-aide designer, and progressed in 2015 to become a full-time Graphic Artist. Janelle also teaches a class in graphic design. When she is not at Ramapo she can be found at the gym or taking kickboxing classes.

Angela Moore, E-Board

Angela Moore has worked at Ramapo since 2014 as a Web & Digital Designer for the Marketing and Communications team providing compelling designs for the website, campaigns and other digital/design projects for the college. Outside of Ramapo, Angela enjoys her role as a new mom, spending time with her family, and hiking/ exploring new land.

Eddie Seavers, President

Eddie Seavers has served as the Associate Director of the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) since his arrival at Ramapo College in November of 2010. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of CSI and serves as a liaison with other offices with respect to the Student Center building and activities on campus. Eddie helped establish the College Programming Board (CPB) in 2011 and supervises the CSI Design team and Roadrunner Central. Outside of Ramapo, Eddie is an avid sports fan and runner!
