Greetings to Retirees of Ramapo College!

The Ramapo College Retiree Association (RCRA) had a wonderful start to the semester with a lecture and tour at the Meadowlands Environment Center delivered by Dr. Angela Cristini.  We toured the facility and the beautiful grounds on the Hackensack River and learned the fascinating history of the Meadowlands from prehistoric times to the present day.

The Ramapo College Foundation announced Ramapo’s Homecoming weekend and Founders’ Day.  As part of those activities, at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, there will be an RCRA lecture featuring Music Professor Marc Gidal.  Light refreshments will be served.  See additional programs and activities being offered during Homecoming weekend on the College’s web page.

Our popular annual Holiday Luncheon will take place Friday, December 5.  There will be a lecture in the morning at 10:30 and a performance by the College chorale, followed by the luncheon at Noon.  This is always a highlight of the year, with friends and colleagues coming together during a joyful time.
