Friday, October 7th, 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m This session is designed to teach women how to be proactive with their health. We’ll discuss factors that impact women as they age, providing tips to keep you feeling healthy and strong.
This 1 hour workshop is designed to take leaders through each step of performance management and the continuous feedback process. Managers will learn how to establish goals and objectives, give continuous feedback, conduct quarterly reviews or “check-ins,” document performance issues, prepare the annual performance evaluation, and conduct the annual performance meeting.
This 4 hour workshop is designed to provided managers (new and experienced) high level information regarding College tools, resources, systems, and policies for managers to use in achieving leadership success.
