This workshop is designed for K-12 teachers, administrators and instructional aides/support staff who are interested in learning more about developing a personal mindfulness practice.

Taught by Carol Bowman and guest speaker, Joe Kiely from Northern Highlands High School.

Educators will receive two Professional Development credit hours.
