FRENCH CONVERSATION HOUR

Join a fun time at French conversation hour. Pass by for some casual conversations, all proficiency levels welcomed!

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 21

FILM: L’Auberge Espagnole (The Spanish Apartment)

A strait-laced French student moves into an apartment in Barcelona with a cast of six other characters from all over Europe. Together, they speak the international language of love and friendship. (2002; Director: Cédric Klapisch)

French in North America

Come hear about the role of the French language in both historical and contemporary North America.

France & the Francophone World as a Study Abroad Destination
1:00 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. | Roukema Center (ASB-123)
Learn about the many locations in France and the Francophone world where you can participate in international internships, research, and study abroad programs. Try some delicious French food, as well.

French: A Crash Course
2:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. | Roukema Center (ASB-123)
Do you have an interest in French? Come learn a few words in this casual environment, and walk away with a few sentences that you can practice.

THURSDAY, MARCH 29

AFTER DARK: Global Soirée
10:00 P.M. – 2:00 A.M. | Friends Hall
Come engage with all around the world themed activities, food and cocktails. There will be prizes to win and DJ Denz will be providing music.
