NEW Int'l Students (1st yr, 2nd yr, transfer & graduate): Ramapo College will be providing two arrival dates so that you can attend the required international student orientation. For students that will arrive unvaccinated, you should plan to arrive on Wednesday, August 18th between 8am - 6pm to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). For those students arriving who are fully vaccinated, you may arrive on Wednesday, August 25th between 8am-6pm to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR). On both days, Ramapo International will arrange for your transportation on these days during these hours. Your arrival date at Ramapo should be for Wednesday, August 28, 2019. Please make sure that you arrive on this date only. If you plan to arrive anytime earlier than this date you will have to make arrangements at a nearby hotel at your own expense since the dorms do not open until the 28th (hotel information will be provided upon request). CONTINUING International Students: You will receive a communication from the College concerning your specific arrival date. The International Office cannot arrange for your airport transfers. We will be expecting you to arrive at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) http://www.newarkairport.com/ in order to be picked up by Ramapo. You may arrive at other airports such as JFK; LGA but they are far from our campus and we will NOT be able to provide any pick-up services from those airports so you will have to arrange your own transportation at your own expense (public transportation information will be provided upon request). If arriving at JFK or LGA airports please try to schedule an arrival time no later than 12 Noon since it could take anywhere from 3-5 hours to reach Ramapo by public transportation.
