  Corporate Contact Responsibility: The Corporate Contact Summary form is required annually and must be submitted by the corporate contact for all sponsored interns—not by the interns themselves.
• The program is from May 17th to August 9th, the absolute latest.

Sunday, May 17th – First Check-In

• Check-in is available only on or after May 17. No early arrivals are permitted. Please plan your travel accordingly.
  May 17 check-in time: 2 PM–4 PM at the Village Hall Office (Thomases Commons).
  Interns may check in on later dates during regular office hours: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, or Monday–Sunday, 8:00 PM–10:00 PM, with the RA on duty (prior arrangements required).
• Corporate Interns approved for check-in after Sunday will receive a specific date/time from the Village Hall Office.
• At check-in on May 17th, interns must submit three separate checks: May rent, June rent (which will not be deposited until June 1), and the security deposit (which will only be deposited if there are billable items after departure).

Monday, May 25th

• Ramapo College will be closed to observe Memorial Day.

Monday, June 1st

• June Rent is due at the Village Hall Office. If the June rent was submitted with the May check-in, no additional payment is required.

Wednesday, July 1st

• July Rent is due at the Village Hall Office.

Friday, July 3rd

• Ramapo College observes Independence Day.

Monday, July 6th to Monday, July 13th

• Resident apartment Room Inspections are scheduled between 9 AM and 10 PM during these dates.

Wednesday, July 8th

• Last day to request a change of departure date for prorated billing in August.
• Requests received after this date will incur an additional $50 Processing Fee.
• Previously paid rent cannot be refunded.
• Please notify corpintern@ramapo.edu by Wednesday, July 8, with your new check-out date to adjust billing for an earlier departure.

Thursday, July 30th

• August Rent is due at the Village Hall Office.

Sunday, August 9th – Final Check-Out

• This is the absolute final date to vacate your apartment. No exceptions will be made for early arrivals, late departures, or extended stays. All interns must check out by this date to allow the College to prepare facilities for Fall housing.
• Requests to remain past August 9 will not be reviewed or approved.

• Residents’ applicable Damage Deposit Refund Checks will be mailed to the address provided in the Housing Agreement form. Expect to receive the applicable refund in the mail within the first week of October. If no refund is needed, the initial damage deposit check will be voided and shredded (the check is not mailed back).
