  Corporate Contact Responsibility: The Corporate Contact Summary form is required annually and must be submitted by the corporate contact for all sponsored interns—not by the interns themselves.
• The program is from May 17th to August 9th, the absolute latest.

Sunday, May 17th

• Check-in for Corporate Interns is not available before this date.
• Check-in is from 2 PM to 4 PM on this date, in the Village Hall office, located at the Thomases Commons
• Corporate Interns approved for check-in after Sunday will be given a specific date/time to check in with the Village Hall Office.

May Check-in, May 17th

• May/June rent, as well as the deposit (as a separate check) is due to the Village hall office at check-in.

Monday, May 25th

• Ramapo College will be closed to observe Memorial Day.

Thursday, June 25th

• July Rent is due at the Hall Office.

Monday, July 6th to Monday, July 13th

• Resident apartment Room Inspections are scheduled between 9 AM and 10 PM during these dates.

Friday, July 3rd

• Ramapo College observes Independence Day..

Wednesday, July 8th

• Last day to request a change of departure date for prorated billing for August.
• Requests for a change of departure date for prorated billing can be approved after this date with an additional $50 Processing Fee.
• Please note: refunding of previously paid rent for the current month is not available. Interns must notify us via email at corpintern@ramapo.edu no later than July 9th of their new check-out date in August, and your bill will be adjusted for an earlier date of departure.

Tuesday, July 28th

• August Rent is due at the Village Hall Office

Sunday, August 9th

• The absolute final date for Corporate Interns to check out of their housing assignments.
• This final check-out date is non-negotiable as the College must prepare its facilities for Fall resident check-in.

• Residents’ applicable Damage Deposit Refund Checks will be mailed to the address provided in the Housing Agreement form. Expect to receive the applicable refund in the mail within the first week of October. If no refund is needed, the initial damage deposit check will be voided and shredded (the check is not mailed back).
