The project is being rebid as lump sum general construction and consists of exterior improvements to the College Park Apartments complex. Improvements to this area include new asphalt walkways, new staircases, hand railings, guard rails, and storm water management.  The purpose of this project is to upgrade aging infrastructure leading up to college dormitory buildings and assist with storm drainage.
