The Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Compliance (EDIC) oversees the College’s Policy Prohibiting Discrimination (“the Policy”) which serves to protect all students and employees from discrimination, harassment and/or acts of bias. A Bias Incident is defined as physical, verbal or written conduct that is directed toward an individual or group based on the individual or group’s actual or perceived race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity or expression, disability, marital status, civil union/domestic partnership status or sexual orientation. The policy applies to conduct that occurs at the College, including electronic communications sent or received on campus, and conduct that occurs at any location that can be reasonably regarded as an extension of the College (i.e., any field location, on-line course, any off-site college-related social function, or event, or any facility where College-sponsored activities are being conducted or discussed).

To report an incident of Bias on campus, please complete the fields below, providing as much detailed information as possible.  Please note that Bias Complaint Form submissions are reviewed during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  Therefore, submissions sent after College business hours, or on the  weekends or holidays, will be reviewed and responded to on the next business day.
