“I participated in the International Studies Abroad (ISA) program in the summer of 2013 when I studied at the University of Westminster in London, England. I had a wonderful time meeting all the other American students in my program and forming a bond with them. It also was a lovely experience socializing with the locals. I was fortunate enough to be in London when the third heir to the British throne, Prince George Alexander Louis, was born. The ISA program took us on different excursions to view the beautiful architecture and landmarks in England. This was a wonderful experience for me and instilled my passion for traveling. I believe that if a student is presented with the opportunity to study abroad they should definitely take it and fully enjoy the experience. I became a Global Roadrunner so I could help other students learn about the different opportunities there are for them.” – Shenelle Gooden ’16 graduated with a degree in Nursing.
