“During my junior year, spring semester 2015, I studied abroad through Ramapo’s faculty-led South India Program. I also interned abroad at a law firm in Frankfurt, Germany, the following summer. Both were amazing, eye-opening experiences that really changed my perspective of the world. Although my time in Frankfurt was rewarding, it was my semester in India that really challenged me and helped me grow as a person as I was able to immerse myself in a very new and rich culture. For my independent research during the India program, I worked with a local animal rights group to improve the living conditions of captive elephants. As an animal lover, this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I will never forget.” – Olivia Dunn ’16 graduated with a degree in Law and Society and a minor in Environmental Studies.
