Success Stories

Brandon Korn

“Dreams really do come true if you’re willing to do everything and anything to reach them.” During my time as a Music major at Ramapo, I was required to complete an internship. I secured an internship at Puff Daddy’s studio in NYC, which was perfect for my field of music. The Cahill Career Development Center did a great job on guiding me through the necessary steps to completing the internship. It was great to share my experiences and studio stories to my professors and classmates.  – Brandon Korn ’14 graduated with a degree in Music with a concentration in Music Production.

Brandon says, “I’ve been producing hip-hop and pop music for about 5 years. My first major album placement was on DJ Khaled’s 7th studio album. The song was called “I’m Still” featuring Chris Brown, Wale, Wiz Khalifa, and Ace Hood. Since then, I’ve gone on to produce DJ Khaled’s #1 Billboard Single “Hold You Down” alongside my teammate and friend Lee On The Beats. I have worked with other major artists such as Fat Joe, French Montana, Chinx, Fetty Wap, Joe Budden, and more.” Currently, Brandon is a Music Producer for The Amazinz.
