Veronica Grillo

Ramapo Success Story

“I often reflect on my time at Ramapo with a sense of deep gratitude because of how my professors helped shape me and the impact their help has had on me. Their dedication to excellence in the arts and education programs was a major motivator – it helped me grow as a learner, an educator, and mostly as an artist. The rigor of the courses they offered contributed to a major transition I had in how I thought about and created art and reinforced why I was following the path towards becoming an art teacher. Gallery openings, critique and studio sessions, and the off-campus experiential component provided some of the best learning experiences I had at the school.” – Veronica Grillo ’12 graduated cum laude with a degree in Visual Arts with a concentration in Drawing and Painting. While at Ramapo, Veronica earned her Teaching Certificate for K-12 in Art. She is currently a Rutherford High School Art Teacher.
