Legal Notices

Pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72, State law requires that when a public entity is required by law or by court order to publish or advertise a legal notice, the notice must be posted on the entity’s official website. Legal notices must be published on a website that is publicly accessible and free of charge, with a clear and prominent link from the homepage directing visitors to the legal notices page.

This webpage fulfills the College’s obligations under P.L. 2025, c. 72 by publishing required legal notices online, maintaining an archive of notices, and providing a direct homepage link to this page.

Notices must remain posted for at least one week (or as otherwise required by law) and must be archived for a minimum of one year.

Public Comment

Individuals wishing to address the Board of Trustees during the Public Comment period of a Regular Meeting are encouraged to sign up in advance by contacting the Office of the President at bwillia1@ramapo.edu or trustee@ramapo.edu by noon on the business day preceding the meeting. When signing up, commenters should provide their name, relationship to the College, and the topic of their comment.
