Open Door Concert Series at Ramapo College Features Classical Guitar Duo

MAHWAH, N.J. — The Ramapo College Open Door Concert Series presents intimate classical chamber music concerts in the beautiful 19th century York Room at the Birch Mansion.
On Friday, March 31 at 7 p.m., the Series will feature for the first time a classical duo guitar concert with guitarists Seth Himmelhoch and Gabriel Handy.

The event is free and open to the public and doors open at 6:30 p.m. Seating is on a first-come basis.

Himmelhoch and Handy are sought-after musicians in the New York City metropolitan area. Aside from their duo ensemble, they each collaborate with several other chamber groups performing various styles and genres. They also are on the faculty at William Paterson University, Wayne.

Their program at Ramapo College will include solo and duo selections by Debussy, Bach, Domeniconi and others.

The Open Door Concert Series is funded by a grant from the Ramapo College Foundation.
