(Mahwah) – Jazz at the Berrie Center presents A Bluegrass Family Christmas featuring string wizard and Nitty Gritty Dirt Band founder John McEuen Saturday, December 15 at 8 p.m. in the Sharp Theater on the campus of Ramapo College of New Jersey.

Joining McEuen, to form the band E=Mc3, will be his two sons, Nathan and Jonathan.  His sons have joined him for more than 1,000 performances.  McEuen’s music career spans forty years and includes a trend-setting platinum album, Will the Circle Be Unbroken.

The audience will enjoy the McEuens’s bluegrass take on the holidays with new songs, old favorites of the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band and stories of growing up in a music family.  This show, presented by a family dedicated to music and live performances, is for the entire family.

Tickets for A Bluegrass Family Christmas cost $26, $23 and $20 for adults; $15 for children under 17; and a five percent discount of regular ticket prices for senior citizens.  The Sharp Theater is located in Berrie Center for Performing and Visual Arts on campus.  For more information call 201.684.7844.
