Ninth Annual Performing Arts Dinner Series At Ramapo College of New Jersey

MAHWAH – The Ramapo College Foundation kicks off its Ninth Annual Performing Arts Dinner Series Saturday, October 11 with Chicago City Limit’s “One State, Two State, Blue State, Red State” at The Angelica and Russ Berrie Center for Performing and Visual Arts. Those who become benefactors and patrons of the program will be invited to a delicious gourmet dinner featuring a multi-choice buffet with fine wines, preferred seating for the performance and an artist dessert reception.

The four performances in the series include: Chicago City Limits, October 11; An Eileen Ivers Christmas featuring the fiddler with her band, Immigrant Soul, December 14; Emmy-award winner and Tony nominee Liz Callaway, perhaps best know for her rendition of “Memory” in “Cats,” March 21, 2009 and IO Theater’s “The Improvised Musical,” featuring improvisers who will create a musical based on audience suggestions, April 25, 2009.

Hosted by The Ramapo College Foundation, this specially packaged series is a way for philanthropic patrons to experience outstanding entertainment while supporting college scholarships, faculty and student research opportunities and campus capital projects.

The two levels of support for the Performing Arts Dinner Series are: Benefactor level (two reserved tickets to each of the four dinners and performances at $1,200 with a $800 tax deduction) or Patron level (one ticket for any of the four performances at $110 with a $50 tax deduction).
