Ramapo College Will Sponsor a Trip to the Grounds For Sculpture and the Princeton University Art Museum

(Mahwah) – Ramapo College of New Jersey will sponsor a day-long trip to the Grounds for Sculpture and the Princeton University Art Museum on Tuesday, October 19. Participants will depart from the College at 8:45 a.m., travel via motorcoach and return to the campus at 4:30 p.m.

At the Grounds for Sculpture, visitors can view over 200 contemporary sculptures placed in a tranquil thirty-five acre park and museum, along with gardens, water gardens, indoor exhibits, shops and the Café, where a box lunch will be served.

The outing continues with a visit to the Princeton University Art Museum, one of the richest cultural resources in the state, whose collections range from ancient to contemporary art, and concentrate on the Mediterranean, Western Europe, China, the United States and Latin America.

The cost of the trip is $65 for adults and $60 for senior citizens. The deadline for registration is Tuesday, October 12. To reserve a seat, contact Peggy Monges, 201.684.7202.
