(MAHWAH, NJ) – The Ramapo College Foundation kicks off its Twelfth Annual Performing Arts Dinner Series Sunday, September 25 with Magic Off  The Hook!, starring Tommy Wind, at The Angelica and Russ Berrie Center for Performing and Visual Arts.  Wind, at age 21, is the youngest magician to have his own show on the Las Vegas strip and to have achieved the title of master illusionist.

Those who become benefactors and patrons of the program will be invited to a delicious gourmet dinner featuring a multi-choice buffet with fine wines and preferred seating for the performance.

In addition to Magic Off The Hook!, the other performances in the series include one of the most engaging ensembles in the history of Irish music, Cherish The Ladies, an Irish Christmas Show on Sunday, December 11; the quick and unassuming standup comedy of Paul Poundstone on Saturday, March 24, 2012; and The Songs of Frank Sinatra, performed by Cary Hoffman whose obsession with The Chairman of the Board sets the stage for the 20 songs featured in the show.

Hosted by The Ramapo College Foundation, this specially packaged series is a way for philanthropic patrons to experience outstanding entertainment while supporting College
scholarships, faculty and student research opportunities and campus capital projects.  Liberty Hyundai, Liberty Subaru, Sharp and Shop Rite sponsor the series.

The two levels of support for the Performing Arts Dinner Series are  Benefactor (two reserved tickets to each of the four dinners and performances at $1,275) and Patron (one ticket for any of the four performances at $115).  For additional information, please call Liz Kloak, 201.684.6834 or email lkloak@ramapo.edu.  You may also view information online, www.ramapo.edu; click on Foundation, Events.
