Ramapo College Launches 2008 Commerce Bank Summer Concert Series with Jimmy & The Parrots

MAHWAH – The Ramapo College Foundation will launch the 2008 Commerce Bank Summer Concert Series with a performance by Jimmy & The Parrots on Thursday, July 10 beginning at 8 p.m. at the Bandshell, adjacent to the main entrance to the college campus. A spectacular fireworks show will follow the concert. The band will pay tribute to Jimmy Buffet.

The series will continue on the following three Thursdays with performances by Beginnings, a Chicago tribute band on July 17, The Classics on July 24 and Asbury Fever on July 31.

Concerts are free of charge; parking is $5 per vehicle. In case of rain, concerts will be held in the Bradley Center Arena.
