(Mahwah) – Ramapo College of New Jersey will host a Veterans Recognition Program in the Trustees Pavilion on campus on Wednesday, May 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Those planning the event are seeking Ramapo College students, faculty and staff members, retirees and alumni who served in the United States military and wish to be included in this event.

Anyone who qualifies should contact Dorothy Gillman, associate director of financial aid and veterans administrator, 201.684.7548, or dgillman@ramapo.edu by May 1. Members of the College community who are currently serving in the military will also be recognized. In addition, the Veterans Recognition Program will honor community members who served in the military.

The program will feature guest speakers, the exhibit Vietnam Memories: Stories Left at the Wall,” and the presentation of colors by the Air Force ROTC. A Humvee will also be on display to mark the current conflict in Iraq.
