An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until October 17, 2017

Prepare for the new school year by learning to deal with stress and increasing focus with the Mindfulness at Ramapo College at the library on Tuesdays, October 3, 10 and 17. Start your study session or take a break from the books to revitalize with brief 10 minute mindful stress-reducing exercises available between 12-3pm.
These sessions are free to all Ramapo students. Sign up at the atrium entrance on the library’s main floor. Questions, contact Peter Shalit at pshalit@ramapo.edu.
