Mindfulness and Self-Compassion with Beth Sandweiss

This workshop for MBSR grads or those with a regular meditation practice interested in mindfulness and self-compassion as well as professionals who wish to integrate self-compassion into their work.Learn how to respond to difficult moments with kindness, understanding and forgiveness instead of self-criticism or blame. Cultivating self-compassion with mindfulness!teaches us how to develop the warm-hearted, connected presence we need during moments of difficulty. Self-compassion provides the emotional strength and resilience needed to offer ourselves the same kindness and understanding we would offer a good friend.
