FREE WEEKLY DAY MEDITATION SESSIONS

Come to free weekly day meditations at the Mindfulness at Ramapo College. These weekly sessions will run on Mondays and Thursdays until December 22 and will be partially guided. They are for both new and experienced meditators. There will be a variety of leaders.

This event is free but requires registration to receive a parking pass. Walk-ins are welcome and can register at session.
