FREE INTRODUCTION TO MINDFUNLESS

Come to a free introduction to Mindfulness workshop where we will briefly review the benefits of mindfulness practices and then present an experiential introduction to breath-based meditation practice. Suggestions will be offered on how to integrate a simple, but effective, mindfulness practice into one’s everyday life. Research indicates that mindfulness practices decrease anxiety and stress while enhancing the ability to concentrate and pay attention. The physical and psychological benefits have been well documented. The workshop will be in Anisfield School of Business building room 420 from 7-8:30pm.
