FREE INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION

Introduction-to-MindfulnessFree introduction to the 8 week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course.  This is an evidence-based method of mindfulness and relaxation training developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. It can be an important adjunct in the treatment of a variety of health issues. It is also a very effective approach in reducing stress and pain while enhancing the ability to concentrate. The course will be taught by Carol Bonilla Bowman, Ed.D., Associate Professor of Education at Ramapo College and CFM approved MBSR instructor.
