This is an evidence-based method of mindfulness training developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. It can be an important adjunct in the treatment of a variety of health issues. It is also a very effective approach in reducing stress and pain while enhancing the ability to concentrate.

The course runs Friday mornings from September 30-November 18 with a full day retreat on November 6. The course will be taught by Dr. Ken Verni, Psy.D. a clinical psychologist and a CFM approved MBSR instructor.
