FREE WEEKLY DAY MEDITATIONS SESSIONS

Come to free weekly day meditations at the Mindfulness at Ramapo College. These weekly sessions will run on Mondays and Thursdays until December 22 and will be partially guided. They are for both new and experienced meditators. Peter Shalit will be leading.

Walk-ins are welcome and can register at session.
