Catalyst Foundation has had over 16 years of success and struggle in the poorest of Vietnam. Their mission, to build communities to fight human trafficking, develops and empowers marginalized communities through education, housing, job training, healthcare, and social services. Caroline Nguyen Ticarro will discuss her multi-pronged approach for restoring dignity to ethnic minorities.
