Education

Suzanne Calgi (Pronouns: she/her/hers) holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Urban Studies from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Social Work Degree from New York University. She also has a certificate in Psychoanalytically Oriented Psychotherapy from the New Jersey Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis.

Relevant Experience

Suzanne is the Assistant Director of the ENHANCE program, a new support program for students on the Autism Spectrum. She has been a Psychological Counselor at Ramapo College since 2014. Suzanne worked as a psychological counselor at Caldwell University, has assisted high school students with disabilities as a Child Study Team Social Worker, and provided individual and family therapy at community mental health care agencies. Suzanne did her Social Work internship at Ramapo College.

Professional Interests

Psychotherapy with individuals and groups presenting with Asperger’s and Autism Spectrum Disorders, Social Skills Groups, psychodynamic treatment for adapting to life transitions.

Personal Interests

Spending time with family and friends, cooking and baking, taking art classes.
