Graduation Information

Graduation is the completion of all degree requirements as certified and recorded on a student’s official transcript. To graduate from Ramapo College, you must submit an online graduation application by the required deadline. (Deadlines listed below) A graduation application is required to earn your Ramapo degree regardless of participation in Commencement and related events.

*Note: Students whose graduation applications are received after April 1 will NOT have their names listed in the printed Commencement Program.

The 2026 Arching and Commencement Ceremonies are for January 2026 graduates, and June & August 2026 graduation candidates. Participation in one or both ceremonies does not guarantee graduation.
