All are welcome to attend this forum during which time teams will explore the draft measures and targets accompanying their unit effectiveness plans and attendees will work with small group facilitators to identify opportunities to use pre-existing measures/data points and to incorporate direct and indirect measures where possible.

Attendees should bring with them their draft unit /departmental plans inclusive of purpose statement, outcomes, and draft tasks, measures, and targets.
