FYS Class:

Class of: 2028

Major/Minor: Social Work

Resident/Commuter: Resident

Favorite Class: My favorite class is Introduction to Social Work, it is my first real dive into the social work profession, and I have it with my friends.

Favorite Place on Campus: My favorite place on campus is the Black Student Union/Jlee’s as those are places where I feel like I can have the most fun and be myself.

Clubs/organizations: I am a part of SOCA, Peer, and the CSI staff. I am equally active in all of these orgs/programs. They give me a sense of purpose while I am at Ramapo.

Future Plans: I plan to have some internships and do my hours for social work next semester.

Favorite Inspirational Quote: Being weak is nothing to be ashamed of. Staying weak is.

Advice for First-Year Students: It’s okay to fail and make mistakes, it’s okay to break yourself down, but you have to make sure to build yourself back up, because you owe that to yourself.
