Favorite Class: My favorite class would have to be Genetics. I find the course material very interesting and Professor Suarez is very personal and tries to help students in the best ways she can

Favorite Place on Campus: My favorite place would have to be the Bradley Center. It allows me to be active with the gym and play sports with my friends. They also have intramural sports during the evening which allows me to continue playing the sports I love while getting an education.

Clubs/organizations: Kappa Sigma Fraternity Grand Scribe. Kappa Sigma has allowed me to be apart of a close knit group of friends that I truly call my brothers. Kappa Sigma also allows me to participate in multiple philanthropy events where I can give back to the local community. I am also the secretary of the Enactus club. Enactus is a Entrepreneurship service club that has many projects that aim to benefit niche groups depending on the project leaders.

Future Plans: My future plans are to continue the relationship that I’ve started with the Mahwah department of REC through multiple community events. I also plan on pursing an internship this summer to start getting an introduction to the healthcare field and be able to make a true impact for people in need.

Advice for First-Year Students: My advice for first-year students is for you to find something you are truly passionate about and pursue it to the greatest of your ability. College is a time of development, in both education and personal growth. Ramapo has a wide variety of clubs that can match something you are interested in, and if that doesn’t work its easy to start your own.
