Favorite Class:My favorite class I have taken at Ramapo is First Year Seminar Creativity and Entrepreneurship. Not only did I have amazing Peer Facilitators, but the class had a lot of freedom to explore anything I was interested in regarding entrepreneurship. My professor was also very supportive and encouraging, which was just what I needed my first semester.

Favorite Place on Campus: My favorite place on campus is the section of the Grove that is next to Birch Mansion. I have spent a lot of time there reading, doing school work, or just chilling in between classes when the weather is nice.

Clubs/organizations: I am part of Ramapo’s Literature Club, where we discuss all things storytelling depending on the weekly theme or anything that people bring up at meetings. I also write for the Arts & Entertainment section of Ramapo’s weekly newspaper, the Ramapo News.

Future Plans:My future plans include continuing my position on Literature Club’s executive board and potentially studying abroad in London for an upcoming Summer Semester.

Advice for First-Year Students: I would say to try to experience college with as little regrets as possible. If you see a club at the Involvement Fair and are on the fence about joining, put your name down because you can always remove yourself later. If you think you would have fun in one of the theater productions, what is the harm in auditioning? If you want to try climbing the rock wall in the Bradley Center, make sure you climb it during one of the organized times and have someone there to catch you if you fall.
