Homecoming weekend includes events for Oktoberfest, Founder’s Day and Alumni & Family Day. Click on each day below to view the full schedule of events. Events are subject to change. Questions? Email csi@ramapo.edu.
Registration is non-refundable. A portion of each registration supports The Fund for Ramapo College.
Thursday Event
Oktoberfest Pop Up Trivia Game Show(Students)
- Time: 7:00pm-11:00pm
- Location: Student Center 1st Floor, Near the Atrium/Birch Tree Inn
Students can participate for 3 minutes or 3 hours with this general and music trivia experience with prizes.

Family Photos with Rocky (Students, Families and Alumni)
- Time: 12:15pm – 1:30pm
- Location: Arch
- Description: Grab a photo with your family, friends and Rocky! Just bring your phone or camera and a volunteer will be there ready to take your photo.
Campus Bookstore Hours (Students, Families and Alumni)
- Time: 12:00pm-6:00pm
- Location: Scott Student Center, 2nd Floor
Oktoberfest Carnival Presented by the Student Government Association (SGA) (Students, Families and Alumni)
- Time: 12:30pm-4:30pm
- Location: Bandshell Lawn
- Description: Included in your registration, enjoy carnival games, inflatable activities, caricaturists, pumpkins for decorating, lunch stations and much more! Parents are invited to stop by “The Nest” Roadrunner Parents’ tent for a healthy takeaway!
Support Your Roadrunners: Men’s Soccer vs. Stockton University (Students, Families and Alumni)
- Time: 1:00pm
- Location: Athletic Center Turf
- Description: Join us to support the men’s soccer team. Parking is available at the tennis court parking lot across from the main entrance to campus. Alternatively, park in A lot and cross at the corner of the Bradley Center after checking in.
Family Photos on Your Own (Students, Families and Alumni)
- Time: 1:30pm-4:30pm
- Location: Various spots around campus
- Description: Check the program for photo locations around campus.
Campus Tours (Students, Families and Alumni)
- Time: 4:00pm
- Location: Tours Depart from the Bandshell Lawn
- Description: First time on campus or has it been a while since you visited? Join us for a campus tour to see all that campus has to offer.
Bingo (Students, Families and Alumni)
- Time: 4:00pm
- Location: Friends Hall, SC 219
- Cost: $15 per person; register in advance on your event registration form linked below or pay cash at the door.
- Description: Students, Families and Alumni come and join us for a few rounds of bingo for a chance to win prizes! Space is limited and this event has sold out in the past, so purchase early.
First-Generation Alumni Pop-Up (Students, Alumni)
- Time: 5:00pm
- Location: Padovano Commons
- Description: Were you the first member in your family to graduate from college? Join fellow first-generation college alumni for mingling and refreshments. Current first-generation students are welcome.
Alumni Athlete Pop-Up(Students, Alumni)
- Time: 5:00pm
- Location: Alumni Lounges
- Description: All alumni athletes and fans are invited to meet Ramapo’s new Director of Athletics, Intramurals and Recreation, Marie “Mickey” Curran. Stop by to share your athletic experience with her and reconnect with your teammates. Refreshments are provided.
Greek Alumni Pop-Up (Students, Alumni)
- Time: 5:00pm
- Location: Alumni Lounges
- Description: Calling all Greek alumni! Join fellow Greek alumni for mingling and refreshments. Current students involved in Greek life are welcome to join the fun.
Dinner on Your Own (Students, Families)
- Time: 5:00pm
- Location: Various Locations
- Details: Just show your student’s Ramapo ID to receive the discount.
- View a listing of eateries that are a part of our Roadrunner Advantage Student Discount Program.
- Dining on campus is also available at Birch Tree Inn, an all you care to eat dining facility. Dinner is $15.35 + tax per person and accepts cash or card (AMEX and Apple Pay are not accepted). Students can use their meal plan or pay with their flex dollars.

Dracula’s Disco Presented by Alpha Psi Omega Theater Honor Society & Sponsored by SGA (Students)
- Time: 8:00pm-11:00pm
- Location: Friends Hall, SC 219 and Student Center 2nd Floor
- Details: The Student Center will be transformed into Halloween Headquarters by Theater Honor Society Alpha Psi Omega. Experience a haunted house in Friends Hall and music, dancing, food, and prizes in the second-floor lobby. This event is sponsored by the SGA and closes out Oktoberfest Weekend.
