MBA students share a common characteristic in that they are looking for more challenging responsibilities and new places to deploy their talents. At Ramapo’s Part-Time MBA Program, nearly half of the 2014 graduating class received either a promotion or a new job offer before completing the second year of the program. While the accolades go to the students, many credit their MBA education and support from Ramapo’s Career Development Office as key to their success.
