My name is James Daligawer, I am a junior at Ramapo College of New Jersey, and I am a Law and Society major with a minor in creative writing. I am very excited about the internship, to learn about all the different types of cultures and their history. I met Professor Labendz last year, and he had mentioned to me about how he knows of my heritage, which is Aramean. He spoke about how is bringing more awareness about our community and the 1915 genocide of our people. I’m very much looking forward to this journey and working as an intern for Professor Labendz and gaining valuable experience and sharpening my heart and mind with knowledge.
