Faculty/Staff Pride is an organization on campus that promotes the interests of LGBTQ+ and Allied Faculty and Staff at Ramapo College. All Ramapo College Faculty and Staff are welcome to join!

Previous Meetings & Events
  • Diversity Day Tabling: If you would like to volunteer to work the Faculty Staff Pride table on October 19th, 2016. Sign up for a 30-60 minute slot from 12:30pm-4pm. E-mail Sam Wittenberg ( to sign up or if you have questions. We’re also looking for a tabling activity for that day.
  • Queer and Trans History Month events:
    Keynote speaker event: Lourdes Ashley Hunter will be kicking off the month on October 5th at 5pm in Friends Hall

        After the tragic events of this past weekend in Orlando, there will be a vigil to remember those who were lost, most of whom were LGBTQIA+ and Latin@. The vigil is scheduled for Thursday June 16 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
        in the Salameno Spiritual Center. All are encouraged to attend if you are able.

        If you need further support or processing through these times, the Women’s Center (open Monday through Thursday, noon to 4 p.m.) and the Counseling Center have their doors open for anyone who needs services.

      • Friday, February 19th at 1pm in the Library Conference Room: Feel free to bring your lunch. Queer Peer Services Coordinator Kez St. Louis will be there to talk about different collaboration opportunities for FSP, Ramapo Pride, and the QPS coordinator.
      • Tuesday, November 10th in ASB007-008: Feel free to bring your lunch! Sunah Suh will be presenting on her experience at the White House LGBT Tech Summit and the #transneeds project.
