Weekend Edition 11/1-11/3

Thursday, October 31st, join the College Programming Board, Women’s Center and LGBTQ+ Services for the annual Gender Bender Dance and costume ball at 8:00 p.m. in Friends Hall! Gender Bender is a safe environment for people to express their gender identity, wear a Halloween costume, or simply dress however they feel comfortable. There will be activities such as temporary tattoos, photo booth, music, multiple giveaways, and a night of dancing! Food and drinks will be provided. Questions? Email qps@ramapo.edu

Friday, November 1st, start your Friday off by showing your support for the Women’s Soccer team at their game against the University of Maine at Fort Kent in the Athletic Center. After the game, make sure to come to Create your Own Vision Board hosted by the College Programming Board at 10:00 p.m. in the Alumni Lounges. If you want to organize all of your goals and manifest positivity for the future, then this event is for you! Come to this event and bring friends to get creative with CPB! We hope to see you there!

On Saturday, November 2nd, come to the Women’s Volleyball Ramapo Tri-Match at 11:00 a.m. against the United States Merchant Academy and then against Lehman College at 1:00 p.m. in the Bradley Center. Later, come to Trivia Night hosted by the College Programming Board at 10:00 p.m. in Friends Hall. Bring your friends to play trivia games for the chance to win some fun prizes!

But the fun doesn’t end with the weekend! Every Tuesday, the College Programming Board presents the Tuesday Night Live Series. Each week features either a live performance by a comedian, musical artist, slam poet, spoken word artist or magician or an open mic night where Ramapo students have the opportunity to showcase their talent. This Tuesday,  November 5th at 9:00 p.m., come to Padovano Commons for Performances of the Decades, Apollo Night hosted by the College Programming Board and Ebony Women for Social Change. This event will be a fun spin on Open Mic Night, where we encourage you to come and perform with the theme of performances from various decades! All are welcome to watch or come and perform!
