ALPFA at Ramapo College is a high-impact professional development and leadership organization dedicated to advancing Latino and underrepresented students pursuing careers in business, accounting, finance, and related fields.

As a newly established chapter of the nation’s premier Latino business association, we are committed to building a lasting foundation for success for all students. Our mission is to create a pipeline of opportunity, offering Ramapo students direct access to networking events, industry panels, career readiness workshops, and national conventions that lead to real internships, mentorship, and leadership growth.
