About the Minor
The Jewish Studies minor offers a program of study in Jewish history and culture that provides understanding of Jewish heritage and contributions to Western and Middle Eastern culture. Students may use the facilities of the Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies housed in School of Humanities and Global Studies at Ramapo College.
Requirements of the Minor
- Students are required to take 5 courses to complete this minor.
- Courses fulfilling the requirements for the primary or second major may count towards the requirements of the minor, but may not exceed one-half of the credits required in the minor. A School core does not need to be completed for a minor. Minors are open to students regardless of school affiliation.
