The Ramapo Yearbook Club is responsible for producing “The Arch,” our annual yearbook, featuring the year’s most memorable moments- from senior portraits, to clubs and organizations, athletics, Roadrunner’s who studied abroad, and more! If you are interested in joining the yearbook team please email yearbook@ramapo.edu.

Senior Portraits

Senior portrait letters have gone out via mail to your legal residence. Details include how to sign-up for your senior portraits, login, etc. Questions? Email yearbook@ramapo.edu.

Upcoming Senior Portrait Dates

You must to sign-up for portraits. Walk-ins are not available. Final on-campus dates are as follows:

Tuesday, January 27, 2026
1 – 8 p.m. | Alumni Lounges, Student Center

Wednesday, January 28, 2026
9 a.m. – 4 p.m. | Alumni Lounges, Student Center

If you can not attend the dates shared, you may go to the LORS studio, please reach out directly to LORS. Ramapo College can not schedule, revise, and/or cancel your appointments.

Class of 2026! Submit your own photos from Ramapo-related events, activities, classes and more via the below form. Submissions do not guarantee inclusion in the Yearbook.

If you have multiple events/activity photos you would like to share, please submit multiple forms. Submissions close Monday, February 9, 2026.

Graduate Send Off Ads

Take the opportunity to place a lasting, personal message to your graduate in the 2026 yearbook! The Ramapo Yearbook, “The Arch,” is printed entirely in color. Your student will carry this message and memory into the future. Please click the button below to fill out the form with your message, and if applicable add your photos and mail in your payment. The deadline for your Grad Send-off Ad is Monday, February 9, 2026.

Ad Options:

Full Page Ad: $125 – you can include up to three photographs and your 200 word personal message to your graduate.

Half Page Ad: $75 – you can include up to two photographs and your 50 word personal message to your graduate.

Quarter Page Ad: $50 – you can include a 30 word personal message to your graduate. (Does not include a photograph.)
