Residence Life Important Dates

Housing Dates & Deadlines Calendar

Fall 2025:

Move-In Dates:

• First-Year and New Transfer Students: Residence halls open by appointment on Sunday, August 24, 2025.

• Continuing Students: Residence halls open from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

Refund Deadlines:

• September 2, 2025:
  – Last day for a 100% housing refund (minus the daily rate for those who have already checked in)
  – Last day for a 100% meal plan refund (minus any usage)
  – Final day to add, drop, or change a meal plan

• September 9, 2025:
  – Last day for a 50% housing refund

Move-Out Information:

• Students must move out of the residence halls within 24 hours after their last final exam or by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, December 16, 2025—whichever comes first.

• Residence Hall Check-In: Monday, January 19, 2026
