About the Major

Through a broad curriculum of liberal arts and business courses, the Marketing program prepares students for the challenges presented in today's complex business world. The program provides students with a solid foundation in marketing theory and secure understanding of the marketing environment.

Students completing this program enter a variety of marketing fields, these include positions in sales promotion (for a manufacturer or sales promotion agency), advertising (as an advertising specialist in the advertising department of a manufacturer or in an advertising agency), as an account representative or media planner, or in sales.

Students completing this program receive a B.S. degree in Business Administration.
