“Ramapo College has had a monumental impact on my life. I completed my first master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Ramapo in 2016. After completing my Educational Doctorate from Seton Hall in 2019, I returned to Ramapo as an adjunct professor for the M.A. in Educational Leadership program in 2020 and concurrently enrolled in the MBA program. All of the staff within the MAEL and MBA programs have provided me the tools necessary to excel in my role as a school principal and adjunct professor. I have carried over the culture of equity, inclusion and collaboration from Ramapo into the communities I serve which has yielded great results and ultimately led to my nomination of National Life Group’s LifeChanger of the Year award.” – Erick Alfonso ’16 ’23 graduated with an Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and a Master of Business Administration.
