{"id":30,"date":"2013-06-25T07:25:33","date_gmt":"2013-06-25T11:25:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/bursar\/billing\/users\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T13:45:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T17:45:18","slug":"users","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/student-accounts\/users\/","title":{"rendered":"Authorized Users"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Allow Others to Make a Payment and\/or View Your Bill<\/h3>\n<p>By adding your parent(s) (or any other individuals you authorize) as an <em>Authorized User,<\/em> you are permitting said designee(s) to make payments on your behalf, receive email notifications regarding your electronic bill (e-bill), and join the Ramapo Monthly Payment Plan (RTPP).<\/p>\n<p>Please note that <em>Authorized Users<\/em> <strong>do not<\/strong> have access to your stored payment methods, academic records, personal emails, or other personal information.<\/p>\n<p>Making your parents (or any other individuals you authorize) an <em>Authorized User<\/em> <strong>does not<\/strong> give the Office of Student Accounts permission to <strong>discuss<\/strong> your student financial records with your designee. In order to comply with the <em>Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA)<\/em>,<strong> you must complete and submit a Office of Student Accounts\u00a0<em>FERPA Waiver Form<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"divider\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/themes\/rcnjrd\/images\/icons\/ramapo-arch-icom_rule.png\" alt=\"Ramapo\" \/><\/div>\n<h3>Authorized Users<\/h3>\n<h4>Setup instructions for New Authorized Users are listed below:<\/h4>\n<p>Authorized Users setup instructions for students using My Ramapo website<\/p>\n<ul class=\"toggle\" type=\"disc\">\n<li>Log into <a href=\"https:\/\/experience.elluciancloud.com\/rconj\/\">RCNJ Experience<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Locate the Student Account Info card<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Bill &amp; Payment Suite<\/strong> link<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Authorized Users<\/strong> located on the right side of the page in the My Profile Setup section<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Add Authorized User<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n<li>Enter the email address of the desired authorized user, answer questions, and click the\u00a0<strong>Continue<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>I Agree<\/strong> box then the\u00a0<strong>Continue<\/strong> button<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Authorized Users already setup:<\/h4>\n<p><a class=\"btn\" href=\"https:\/\/epay.ramapo.edu\/C20169_tsa\/web\/login.jsp\">Billing Center Login<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Allow Others to Make a Payment and\/or View Your Bill By adding your parent(s) (or any other individuals you authorize) as an Authorized User, you are permitting said designee(s) to make payments on your behalf, receive email notifications regarding your electronic bill (e-bill), and join the Ramapo Monthly Payment Plan (RTPP).
