Below are descriptions of some of Ramapo’s most common fees, please keep in mind this list is not inclusive of all of Ramapo’s fees:<\/p>\n

Credit Card Service Fee<\/h4>\n

This is a service fee that is charged by the credit card processor to the cardholder at the time of payment. The service fee revenue is not shared by the college.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> A service fee is not<\/strong> charged if payment is made by electronic debiting of a checking or savings account (ACH).<\/p>\n

Late Payment Fee<\/h4>\n

Failure to pay according to published Critical Deadlines and Due Dates<\/a>\u00a0may result in the assessment of a Late Payment Fee for each<\/strong> missed payment deadline. A student could be assessed multiple late fees per term if more than one deadline is missed.<\/p>\n

Schedule Reinstatement Fee<\/h4>\n

An administrative fee will be assessed to reinstate a deregistered schedule after the Add\/Drop period is over.<\/p>\n

Transcript Fee<\/h4>\n

The Transcript Fee is a\u00a0one-time\u00a0flat-fee that entitles a student to receive an\u00a0unlimited\u00a0number of\u00a0official\u00a0transcripts per career at\u00a0no additional\u00a0cost. Students who request e-transcripts from the National Student Clearinghouse will be charged an additional fee.<\/p>\n

Renewal & Restoration Fee<\/h4>\n

The Renewal and Restoration Fee supports ongoing revitalization, renewal, and retooling of campus facilities, grounds, infrastructure, and major building systems to ensure safe, functional, and modern learning and living environments. Revenue generated from this fee helps preserve and enhance campus assets while supporting long-term institutional sustainability.<\/p>\n
