For more information please visit the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ramapo.edu\/student-accounts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-describedby=\"audioeye_new_window_message\">Student Accounts website<\/a>\u00a0or call 201-684-7495.<\/p>\n<h3>Unable to Check-in?<\/h3>\n<p>Students who are unable to check-in during the designated check-in day, may check-in any day after. However, these students must notify their hall\/area office via email of their anticipated date of arrival. The College asks for student, parent and guardian cooperation in allowing the Office of Residence Life time to focus on all the activities associated with opening the residence halls for the upcoming semester.<\/p>\n<h3>Rain or Shine<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Check-in will take place rain or shine, so please be prepared for all weather conditions. Dress comfortably and appropriately for the day. If rain is in the forecast, we recommend bringing tarps or large plastic bags to help protect your belongings.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Campus Elevators<\/h3>\n<p>In the event of an elevator malfunction, you may need to use the stairwells. We recommend packing your belongings in a way that allows for easy transport via stairs. Bringing your own moving supplies (such as bins, carts, or bags) can also help speed up the move-in process.<\/p>\n<h3>Laurel Hall Elevators<\/h3>\n<p>Laurel Hall has two elevators serving a building of over 400 residents. On Check-In Day, please expect elevator lines, which may extend outside the building. Be prepared for potential wait times and plan accordingly. We kindly ask for your patience and consideration toward others, as this will help create a smoother experience for everyone.
