Housing Selection Timetable

February 1 – Housing Deposit Due by 4:30 PM to Office of Student Accounts.
February 28* – General Housing Selection Information Session For All Residents, Mandatory For First Year and Transfer Student New to Ramapo for Fall 2023 at 9:45 PM via Virtual Meeting (Link will be sent to all eligible students in advance of the meeting).
February 29* – General Housing Selection Information Session For All Residents, Mandatory For First Year and Transfer Student New to Ramapo for Fall 2023 at 9:45 PM via Virtual Meeting (Link will be sent to all eligible students in advance of the meeting).

*First Year/Transfers may attend EITHER session.

March 1 – AP & Middle College Credit Option #2 Request Begins at 8:00 AM to apcredit@ramapo.edu.
March 5 – Step Two Declaration Begins at 9:00 AM to Online housing portal.
March 8 – Last Day to Request AP & Middle College Credit Option #2 by 11:59 PM to apcredit@ramapo.edu.
March 14 – Step Two Declaration Ends at 10:00 AM on the Online housing portal.
March 14 – All 2-person and 4-person groups must be verified at 10:00 AM on the Online housing portal.
March 15 – Last Day for requests by students seeking Housing Accommodations through Office of Specialized Services by 4:30pm to Office of Specialized Services.
March 27 – Admittance Times Emailed To All Groups at 2:30 PM via Ramapo e-mail.

April 2 – Step Three Room Selection Begins – based on admittance time in the Online housing portal.
April 10 – Step Three Room Selection Ends – based on admittance time in the Online housing portal.
April 15 – Alternate Housing Applications Available on Residence Life Website at 9:00 AM

May 1 – All Residents Must Be Registered for Full Time Status by 11:59 PM.
May 1 – Meal Plan Change Request for Fall 2024 available via Email mealplan@ramapo.edu.
May 14 – Alternate Housing Applications Due on Residence Life Website 11:59 PM.
May 14 – Housing Selection Deposits due for Alternate Housing Application Applicants by 4:00 PM to the Office of Student Accounts
